Rush Limbaugh Signs Record-Setting Contract

 

The First 10 Amendments to the Constitution as Ratified by the StatesDecember 15, 1791 Preamble

Congress OF THE United States begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday the Fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

  THE Conventions of a number of the States having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best insure the beneficent ends of its institution   RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.:   ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.    

 

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Details

What does this mean?  In short….this means that our Government is prohibited from quenching our freedom of religious speech!  How many times have you heard or been told the age old story of separation of Church & State.  How many times this has been confused with the First Amendment.   Nor shall our Government prevent any of us from assembling ourselves in a peaceable fashion to state and make our grievances known.

Amendment II

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

Details

Can we start to see some violations of the above Amendment taking place in our Country?  Why is it that our rights are slowly dimenishing?  Is it a lack of a Government that no longer desires to adhere to the own rules that it created! 

Amendment III

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Details

What this is describing is the fact that unless we are under martial law, no soldier shall occupy your home without your consent!  However, be alert as this is going to be happening real soon with the implementation of the EU and the NWO!  Don’t believe me….just stick around and you will see itself first hand!

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Details

In short this suggests that no one shall enter your home without a court order.  However, with that being said if just cause is established….then entrance can’t be disputed.  The problem is that just cause can almost be presumed in any case as needed by discretion of the law!  Guilty or not!

Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Details

The above has been severely violated since the beginning of the Iraq war!  How many times have you heard to this soldier and that soldier being tried for crimes they claim are in conflict with the military action that was being carried out!  If the above law is in fact true……why are we prosecuting our soldiers for doing the job that we as a people and Government sent them to do!  A bigger question is did we send them in to fight a fight that maybe they did not want or are we unjustifiably penalizing them for the actions that nobody would support and this being the easy way our for our Government?  Serious questions to ponder upon with this one after close examination!

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

I suppose this could be the case if you are rich, however, for us working class folks I just do not see this as being a viable document.  I was in a court trial and asked for assistance and even offered to defend myself but was told I could not without representation.  What happened to the right to defend yourself in a civil matter?  Wittnesses? For who the person being persecuted or the ones throwing the stones!

Amendment VII

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Have you ever received a speeding citation in Kern County, CA?  Try on $1000 and this was with a clean driving record!  To me this in itself seems a bit unjust and quite cruel if you are short on cash or do not have a close tie in the Government to assist you in worming your way out of it!

Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Details

Is it by the people or for wealthy people only!  I suppose we can go either way on this one!  However, it is a basic freedom that is violated on a daily basis!

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Details

Powers are removed from individual states everyday!  Texas as far as I am aware of is the only state that still holds to ability to remove itself from the Union of States.  Let’s see California try this one!  What if the people of Arkansas wanted to establish a new form of Government do you really think the feds would allow this without wanting to march in with troops from NATO or some form of government militia?  Well it was a nice thought anyway.

Thoughts In Retrospect

So many times during the course of any given day more and more of the basic freedom’s extended to us by our founding forefather’s are being taken away!  Some may say that they think they are free and that nothing has changed.  However, in any one of the above Amendments try to do something in direct violation of it and see how far your civil liberties do not extend.

Some people are truly lost in the thought that our land is still a Democratic Society when in fact we are leaning more and more towards a socialist republic!  Ok, you can say I am on over kill here, however, just watch the news or pick up a paper and truly read some of the things that are taking place around the U.S. or possibly right in your own neighborhood and you will begin to see the light of this post!

What is more disturbing is the fact we as a collective people choose to sit and watch as those we are as free as we were when these amendments were first put onto the parchment paper that they were written upon!  What is really alarming is the mere inflection that when an group stands up for things which are morally correct they are shot down in action.....but when activist on the other side of the issue stand to speak then absolutely nothing is done and often times in encouraged.  Have we lost our sense of direction or are we just becoming a lazy society that chooses to allow our Government to implement laws that are in direct contrast to the ones that our land was founded upon?

Think we are free....just wait until you post the wrong thing on the Internet and have someone knocking at your doorstep.  If you think that your activities are not closely monitored in all facets of life then maybe you need to read some articles and information on RFID.

With the introduction of RFID's and Biometrics....people had best wake up the emerging crisis that is fixing to hit our Nation!  If you think this is something out of a Science Fiction book then you are as deceived as those who think that a Nuclear Holocaust is not looming in the not so near future.  Believe me folks this new technology is already in America and being placed into more and more control over the very basic things we have in our wallets.  Several communities in Indiana are using this technology on their driver's licenses.  An RFID is capable of storing everything about you and all that you do! 

So is the a sign or the beginning of the Mark of The Beast?  You had better believe it is.  Yes, the people who support it and the manufacturers of it will suggest that they can store life saving information upon it, however, that is not all that is being stored.  Let me ask you all a question that varies way off the current subject but is one of noteable thought.  Those that received a stimulus check from the Government do you really think our Government was giving you something back?  How absurd...this was nothing more than a complete and formitable way of conducting a census to achieve and accurate count of the people!  So in short they now have all the numbers they need to be able to coincide with the growing number of various Governments that are in collaboration with the EU. 

Maybe some will open their eyes to a changing world that we are living in!  However, I think for the most part people are going to continue to portray their every day life as thought everything is status quo.  What do you think?
