OPENING: There is a moral to the title of this press release. There is a reason I chose such a provocative title and secondary title which I hope you will see and realize. My article will explain why the name of this release was used. I would like to take the position against scathing articles, evangelical Christian attacks and some misquided media misconceptions towards Heaven's Gate. I should give you a fair warning that my article is not for children or anyone under the age of 18. There are serious issues being discussed here and are not suitable for the faint minded or faint hearted. These are my opinions and do not reflect anyone else but me, with the exception of one later opinion that is shared by all new members.

ABOUT ME: I am not a survivor but a new member of Heaven's Gate. I have accepted the teachings of Ti and Do who were the founders of Heaven's Gate. I have been a believer for almost ten years now since 1999. College educated, I am also highly educated in other areas; religion, history, politics and current events. There were several tragedies that made me realize that maybe Ti and Do were telling the truth; the September 11, 2001 tragedy at the World Trade buildings in New York was the biggest one. Heaven's Gate had two previous names before that. Those names were "Human Individual Metamorphosis" and "Total Overcomers Anonymous". I used to be in a Mulderite sect that was called "The Gates Of Fox Mulder" and realized that Ti and Do's message, regardless of worldly opposition, had more substance to it. Some other followers said that a light bulb came on and the information made really big sense to them; the same happened to me.

HEAVEN'S GATE: Heaven's Gate is called "the cult of all cults". I agree to this label. The original crew at Heaven's Gate were a harmless group of people. When they graduated, they were maimed by the public. We too are a harmless group of people. It was their choice. We too have choices, whether or not, to stay here or to transcend to a higher level of existence. We can either stay here and be beacons of lighthouses or we can leave this already dead world and see if we get accepted on board a flying saucer in a new alien body or see whether or not we will reincarnate into a different human body in another age. If we reincarnate into another human body in another age, say 100 or 1000 years later, this means that we didn't overcome all of our human vices and imperfections in the previous age and need to spend some more time on this earth to overcome some more. This world is a training ground for a higher way of living above and beyond the primitive human incarnations and way of life of the human kingdom. We were born in a hell to wake up and rise above hell. There were thirty nine members whose souls graduated to the universe ten years ago in the month of March before Easter. Since then, four more individuals have dropped their containers. Today, there are a total of thirteen new members which does not include survivors, sleeper members, prospects or associates.

THE FAMILIES: You might ask whether or not we care about our families to see how they might feel about all of this. People say that we don't care. We do care, but they should recognize one important and predominant factor - they are not God. Our families cannot decide where we go when our fleshly vehicles expire. Our families have their own beliefs that differ from ours and we are supposed to accept their beliefs while they reject ours? We will answer to God in the Next Level, when our containers die, however way that is, but not our families. We will not answer to our families but will answer to God. I don't expect them to understand. To me, God comes first over any humans. If you think I'm selfish, then I guess Jesus was selfish too since he left his family to go preaching and eventually left this world. He wasn't worried about what his parents thought. He cared about what God had thought. The holy Bible says the popular and often misunderstood statement, "honour thy father and mother." Controlling parents often misuse this Bible commandment as a form of abuse on their children long before and after they hit the age of eighteen. The Bible does say to love our father and mother but that was done away with when Jesus said "If you love me you will hate your mother, your father, your sister..." When Jesus was old enough to leave his parents of Joseph and Mary, did they cling to him and try to manipulate him through guilt to stay and cling to the family like a momma's boy or paps's girl? No. Jesus left and began serving God, not as a married man like churches want you to do, but as a monk. A single person is closer to God than a married person. The Bible says so. Read it and see for yourself if you doubt my statements as fact. Check it if you don't believe me. As for the "honour thy father and mother" commandment, this is true but not to the extent where a son or daughter will choose their family over the commandments of God. They are to do as Jesus has done and forget about the parents and go serve God after reaching the legal age of adulthood. If Christians are Christlike, which is the definition of a Christian, then why get married if Christ didn't marry? Contradiction anyone? Serving the flesh anyone? We hope that the families of the original followers, who graduated in 1997, eventually heal and move on in their lives. Hopefully some day they will realize that the Away Team, as clearly orchestrated by Do (sounded as Doe), graduated on their own choices and were not forced or manipulated into the act.

MEANING OF "CULT": The media, other website critics and the vast number of Christians in the Christian world call us a "cult". We are fine with that title. We have been called everything in the book. You name it, we have been called it. However, let me make some clarifications so you may understand the misconceptions from the facts. Dr. Stephen O'Leary of the University Of Southern California said the following quote in a documentary on the History channel about cults. He says, "Cult is a word that we use to apply to religions that we don't like. A cult is simply a church in seed form." His quote rains true since quite a percentage of evangelical Christian sectors call any group of people, who differ from their beliefs, a "cult". The Christian definition of the word "cult" applies to anyone outside of their circles. The Christian definition is a false and misleading definition which has been damaged and rewritten to meet a more Hollywood horror standard of the word; almost giving the word "cult" a permanent and unwanted stain. The definition of cult, in its simplest form, is summed up in two words. The two words are "to worship". "Cult" also means to "cultivate". That is it. All other rewritten definitions are wrong and misquided to meet a more prejudicial standard.

HISTORY OF CULTS: Many new religions start out as cults. Jesus had his own cult 2000 years ago. Jesus was called a heretic by the Jewish Pharisees and the Romans back then. Even though some Jews accepted the message of Jesus and followed him, most of society did not. Check your Bible literature. It is all there if you don't believe me. Do (sounded as Doe), what the world knows as Marshall Applewhite, was called a heretic and spurious messiah along side of his partner Ti. They were slammed by the outside world from 1975 to 1997. The common belief of the word "cult" is, for the most part, the most tainted word in the english language. Origins of the word date back over a thousand years ago. "Cult" comes from the Latin word "cultis" which means "to worship". This, as I had explained earlier, is the purest definition of the word. Christianity, Hollywood, Heaven's Gate hate groups and some media groups have their own definitions of what a cult really means. They are all off balance at the most or are partially wrong at the least by a critical mass off the principle target.

CULTS TODAY: There are cult like routes in the secular world today that I believe might not have any idea which god they are worshipping. In Ancient Greece, people became part of a cult that could have possibly been the world's first known or identified cult. The name of group was the "cult of Dionysus or Dionysos" which became titled so after the Greek god of wine. These people worshipped alcohol because they felt that they were under the control and guidance of their god. The reason why they drank was because they wanted a release and relief from dailly pressures and common or overwhelming stresses of everyday life, fears, anxieties and other situations of pressure. The drinking of alcohol caused the followers to relax and lay back; they become lax in some form or another. In summary, it was a religion of relaxation and escape through alcohol. Sound familiar? It should. Drinking alcohol is the cutting edge norm of today's Canadian, Russian, Europian and American utopias as an acceptable form of behavior. Alcoholics can reflect this pattern and the Canadian culture, as I am sure the USA, Russia and Europe the same, by promoting the drinking of alcoholic beverages. They don't realize that they are actually worshipping Dionysus instead of God. That makes a huge percentage of alcohol beverage consumers worshippers of a god they never even knew existed. It is there choice of course and maybe a bunch of them don't realize who exactly they follow and give their allegiance to. However if they are going to call Heaven's Gate a "cult", then maybe they should be made aware of the glass house they are throwing stones from. These people will find that their homes have a few cracks. Maybe the next time they look into a glass of wine, they will now know who their allegiance is to. I don't disbelieve that some alcohol drinkers give the shirts off of their backs to their families or work environments and are self sacrificing people. All I am explaining is where the attitude towards alcohol could have come from incase nobody was aware of where it originated.

Then there are the feminists. There are two kinds of feminists. There are the women that want, not demand, respect from men. In return they will give respect in a loving and mature fashion. Then there are the nonsensical militant feminists which demand allegiance and treat men as inferior units and cold cut zeroes. These kind of women serve, as militants, the god of Isis. The religion of Isis was an Egyptian group that was dominated by women that treated men as slaves. In the holy Bible, Jezebel was a militant feminist that gave other women a bad name. She is another example that others follow aside from Cleopatra and Isis. These anti man feminists follow this pattern, some knowingly and some unknowlingly. Now I don't doubt that some of these women, regardless of their militant natures, help people in other matters or are upstanding citizens. All I am saying is where the miltant feminist attitude could have originated from.

In summary, we all belong to some kind of cult like status in the secular and religious worlds. So, the point is that people shouldn't comdemn each other but do anyway. We have to all break free of this type of hatred and misunderstanding. When one person or group demonizes another because they are different than what the acceptable crouds are executing and promoting, in whole or part fashion of essence, can be noted as hatred. I read Patrick Cooke's scathing article on us after reading all of the heat that was going on here at the Now Public website. Patrick Cooke's article was really sad to read because of the intense hatred he has dished out towards us. What is even more sad is that he feels that he is justified in doing so even though he didn't study the information nor does he ever want to study the information. You can't demonize someone without getting all of the facts. We don't like it when people take on this kind of vigilante behavior and slam us without a license of reason. Weslody, who wrote a reaction article to the scathing attack by Cooke didn't have to use such blunt behavior either. He could have used more diplomatic reasoning instead of such overblown and overkilling velocity. Xfody, another new member of Heaven's Gate, disqualified Cooke's article on the basis that he didn't read up on the information. If you don't "read up" then "don't review". People should be very careful in the kinds of slander or over exaggerated dogmatic lies or creed they try to spread about us. They can hate us as is their choice but they should refrain from spreading downright lies for the sake of ratings or hate. That wouldn't be a very good idea. We all have lawyers and are fully prepared to use them.

MASS SUICIDE: People are saying that we are going to commit another mass suicide. I have people I know come up to me and ask me, out of concern, if I plan on leaving. Other members have the samething happen to them once it is learned which teachings they believe in. Let us all explain one thing that all members can agree on as I have recieved their permission to explain. Each member, whether they be survivors or new sheep, have two choices. The first choice is to lay down their imperfect fleshly bodies that are constant stumbling blocks to the inner beings that are trying to get ahead. Once a Heaven's Gate follower leaves his or her body, on their own choice, he or she may be put on ice because they chose to leave without the presence of a heavenly representative. Do (sounded as Doe) mentions this in his last video "Do's Final Exit". If people drop their vehicles (human bodies) without being a part of Heaven's Gate, they will go to whatever/ wherever the memories of their minds will take them. If someone believes that they will enter some magical city in space when they die, that is where their memory will take them. Other groups preach threats of force by emotionally blackmailing people to stay by calling them cowards if they leave or they teach that a person will burn in hell if they leave before their bodies stop ticking. The Bible doesn't mention the word "suicide" anywhere. Sampson dropped his vessel, what the world calls suicide, and the Lord took him up. Check your Bible literature if you don't believe me.

ABOUT SUICIDE: Please realize that WE are not telling anyone in or outside of our group to leave. Only Heaven's Gate members, and no outsiders can advance to the level above human. I say this again with loud importance. Only Heaven's Gate members, and no outsiders can advance to the level above human. We believe that humans or outsiders don't have souls unless they take in, study and adhere to the information that was provided by Do (sounded as Doe) and his students. When a person takes in, accepts the information as valid and decides that there is truth in it then that is when God makes a soul deposit. From that point on, the new creature is in a human body and begins to evolve. All I am saying is that if we at Heaven's Gate did choose to commit mass suicide, which we won't, then it is "our" choice and "our" business. Please respect that or don't say anything. If some of us choose to leave this world while some of the others stay, then these are OUR choices. We don't owe anyone any explanations. If some or all of us choose to leave, then we will do so regardless of what you people say. This is because the general public is ignorant of the Evolutionary Level Above Human.

THIS WORLD: We don't serve the world. We stay out of politics as much as possible because it will not stop the spading under process. We are too busy recieving attacks from biased parties because we are different. How is it that everybody else's beliefs are okay but ours are not? Is that really fair? Paulianity Christians attack us with extreme prejudice saying that without Christ we are damned. Yet they teach a doctrine in which a serial killer, like Ted Bundy, who killed women his whole life gets into heaven scottfree because he repented and accepted Jesus as savior... at the last second. I saw some television shows where a man shoots his dog after its health outweighs its usefulness and is of no value to the master. I see in some medical shows of how family members choose to "pull the plug" on relatives that are braindead and in a coma. Suddenly all of the previously mention examples are okay are they?? I see in some medical dramas of how family members put their long time pets "out of their misery" by having the vet jam a needle into those animals and watching them die thirty seconds later. Oh that is different is it?? Well, as far as I'm concerned, that is promoting murder. It's one thing if the person, that chose to have their animal put down, didn't know any better. I am criticizing not them but the institutions that are allowing this doctrine of "misery killings" to take place as a new cutting edge way of acceptance. What about abortion? That issue is okay too? Do you see where I am going with this? An abortionist says that it is "her body" and she can do whatever she pleases with it. Oh really? Which brings me to my next point. Fine, we too at Heaven's Gate have a choice what to do with "our" bodies. These are "our" bodies, so let us do what we so choose to do and leave us alone. What do you think Jesus meant when he said "Oh ye hypocrites!"..?

MISCONCEPTIONS: Some media websites say that Heaven's Gate is extinct. Incorrect. They know that we exist but refuse to update their information and why? There are four reasons and they are hysteria, fear, denial and just plain rudeness. Other media groups said, of the thirty nine Away Team members, that they were either "thumbing a ride on a space ship" or "hitch hiked a ride on a space ship". These statements of theirs are cheap, and stupid words. Other media franchises claim that Rio Di Angelo is the only surviving crew member and that Heaven's Gate is officially defunct. What planet are they from? That is far from the truth. I haven't met Mr. Di Angelo but I hear that he is a sincere man. He must have some interesting stories to tell. As for some of these media groups, obviously they haven't heard of Crlody or Swyody and others that were part of the original group or gathering to be interested enough to converse with them. A couple of media groups did talk to some other survivors but not enough if I see all of these websites claim that Heaven's Gate is gone forever; what faulty reporting. It is obvious they haven't heard of us or they don't even care to. People dial a wrong number to their facts and think that we believe that Do (sounded as Doe) was Jesus Christ resurrected in the fleshly container of Marshall Applewhite. Incorrect. Jesus was a fleshly container himself until the day of his baptism by John the Baptizer. The next level mind came into Jesus and incarnated him until his ascension. The very same next level mind that incarnated Jesus 2000 years ago was the same mind that incarnated Do or what the world calls Applewhite from 1975 to 1997. Ti (sounded as Te) had the next level mind of God come into her body too. You might wonder why God would inhabit a woman. In the kingdom of God it is genderless nor are there any other kinds of mammalian behaviors there. Read your Bible literature which mentions in the new world there are not any fleshly desires among some of the things that are not going to be in the new world or kingdom of God.

COMMITTING MASS SUICIDE: The world, who lives in extreme misconduct and greed is actually committing "the mass suicide". This is not a criticism. This a strong statement of startling realization. When you are shown the truth and reject it, then you can become quite the "right off". The title of this whole article implies and aims at the paranoid silliness of some attack articles by some media groups. The definition of this article title also implies that if we do choose to leave as a whole or individually, even though some said that we aren't planning on leaving, is our choice and not yours. Do (sounded as Doe) said that three types of believers, who chose to stay here, can survive the spading under that is to come. So there are two options of either to stay or to leave. If we choose to stay, then we all try to live as clean and overcoming a life as possible by conquest. The conquest is the shedding of human ways and accepting the next level ways. We are not planning a mass suicide.

ATTACKERS: People will always condemn Heaven's Gate. I am not the least bit astounded at alot of things. The only thing I am amazingly astounded at is how angry this Patrick Cooke writer feels towards us with such pungent animosity. He believes with blunt force that he has a "full license to defame Heaven's Gate" without fully researching our materials; it makes me nauseous. When it comes to Christianity, I would not be the least bit shocked if "100 Huntley Street" (an Evangelical Baptist/ Pentecostal Christian show) had a hay day condemning the 1997 graduation of thirty nine people to a better level of existence. I would not be surprised if they think that Do (sounded as Doe) was a demon inspired man and an anti Christ. I'm not saying in any way that these men and women at 100 Huntley Street don't help people. Please do not think that way. All I am saying is that I would not be shocked if they condemned the Heaven's Gate original crew for their departure from this world in 1997. That's okay, considering that the art of people jumping around, doing cart wheels, rolling across the isles and/ or falling down to the floor, after being prayed for by a minister for a broken knee, cannot, should not and will not be found in the Bible as God inspired. These things will not be found in the holy Bible anywhere. Rolling across the church stage infront of the congregation does not mean that it is God inspired nor is it salvation. Those things, to me, would tread along the fine lines of sorcery and some sliver of black magic. Read your Bible if you do not believe me. Christians do not realize or fail to acknowledge that their forefathers were pagans and were also responsible for the Crusades and the Inquisition. So they should not cut down those who are different from them, unless they look at their own history and misconceptions. People will always hate us and condemn us which are their choices. To each his or her own.

MORAL: No doubt alot of you clicked onto this article for one reason or another; the main reason being that "negativity and death make the ratings". When someone reads a title about death, whether it be "homicide" or "suicide", people get drawn more to death rather than life. This article, believe it or not, is about "life" unlike any other life. This article is about misconceptions. This article is about life that was given to us by God to either use on this world or to use in outer space. Only Lucifer hates the truth and will do what ever it takes to smash that truth. Death always gets peoples attention instead of life when it comes down to news headlines. Negative stories make the news more vigorously than any happy tales of intrigue and joy. Look at it this way. If the article had been actually used to describe life, nobody would have clicked on to it, correct? However, as I explained in my entry statement to this article, there was a moral to this story and it was explained. If, after all of this explanation you still don't see the morals of the story, then that is your choice. Thank you.
