Long Story-Short! Unprovoked 18 year old Teens randomly take Axe to another unsuspecting Teen and brutally takes his life, no, not killing him, but making my a paraplegic.

Convicted Teens with Axe seen videotaped outside courthouse by media, smoking and laughing outright at Justice system, gets 20 months house arrest in Kiddie Jail.

Parapalegic Teen spends life as vegetable as his life is pretty much over to the outrage of his parents.

20 months after serving sentence watching cartoons and playing video games. Convicted Teen accomplice can get on with his life. Presumably sans Axe!

In ending, apparently British Columbia Justice Society feels Justice is served. One wonders if the Judges Children were on the Chopping Block by this Teen, if the sentence would still be as Farcical.

Certainly wonder why some tout Vigilante Justice when real Justice fails them, as is historically British Columbia.

What strikes me funny is, in virtually every province Photos are readily available on the Internet of other Judges, seen smiling proudly in photos. Strange that British Columbia Judges Mugs are rarer than Hen's Teeth, even their Alumni Photos are missing amongst their classmates. This is not rare as I frequently report on travesties in the British Columbia court system and have yet to find a British Columbia Judges photo available to post with my stories. Coincidence? Perhaps they suffer utter embarrassment among friends and family at being part of "System" that has the ludicrous word "Justice" associated with it!

METRO VANCOUVER - The 19-year-old under house arrest for his part in a brutal axe attack that left Surrey teen Michael Levy a quadriplegic has been ordered into custody by the B.C. Court of Appeal.

In a toughly worded decision Tuesday, three justices said the 20-month conditional sentence imposed in December did not fit the crime, nor was it strong enough to condemn such vicious attacks.

The panel decided that in spite of his age Tuan (Tony) Minh Nguyen must be housed in kiddie jail - an open-custody youth facility - for roughly the same period of time instead of adult prison.
