Nuclear waste shipment and no place to stay.

Gorleben, a city in germany mobilises 300 Farmer tractors against nuclear waste open air storage. 15.000 people in total protested. Youngsters chained themselves to the railway tracks, the radioactive train had to stop.

At the border between the two countries three German demonstrators blocked the train by chaining themselves to the track, police said.The high turnout at Gorleben signaled the "rebirth of the anti-nuclear movement in Germany," said Jochen Stay, spokesman for the organizers of the demonstration.

Serbia turned away Bulgarian radioactive train

The Serbian customs officers found at the railway station in Dimitrovgrad a Bulgarian train, which was transporting radioactive cargo. The train was on his way from Bulgaria to Macedonia via the Serbia town of Dimitrovgrad.According to the customs administration the radioactivity inside the wagons has been 3000 times higher than allowed. The radiating on the surface of the wagons has been 300 times more than the norm.

A new checkup, conducted by the customs service, confirmed the strong radiation. The whole train composition has been returned to Bulgaria.
