The U.S. Demands House of Rep. Continue With Impeachment Hearing on House Floor, Not In Sub-committee.
To all Members of Congress, especially the House of Representatives, As an American citizen of this country and you as a member of congress, represent me. I am requesting to be heard by you to do what is needed, warranted and requested by the citizens of this nation, for the betterment of the United States of America at this time and to re-enact proceedings of Impeachment hearings upon the house floor and not in sub-committee to die. The President and the Vice President of the United States of America impeachment hearing need to proceed in an open public forum before all the citizen of the United States of America. These two individuals commonly known as George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney have acted and done acts against the United States of America under Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution.
Section 4. The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

On June 11th, 2008 in the 110th House of Representatives brought before the floor a resolution called H. Res. 1258 requesting Impeachment against President George W. Bush. While further below are the proceeding of Impeachment against Vice President Richard B. Cheney H.R. 333 & H.R. 799
IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS OF PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH
On 6.11.2007 @ “3:09 P.M. - Considered as unfinished business.
H. Res. 1258:
impeaching George W. Bush, President of the United States, of high crimes and misdemeanors” By U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich D-Ohio with 35 Articles here. (this is all of 35 articles that could not be found under HR 1258 below)
Resulting in a Roll Call vote of 251 -166 votes Here on H.R. 1258 and become known as H5266 here (which has some interesting side notation)
Interesting to note regarding H.RES.1258: This information has yet to be made public, while proceeding documentations have been processes, documented and been uploaded for public viewing. Examples here.
While most American are not even be aware of the above proceeding because the of major media hiding it from them, which is in it self its own in question.
IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS OF VICE PRESIDENT RICHARD B. CHENEY
On 4.24.2007 introduction of H.R. 333 came before the house by U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich D-Ohio with 3 Articles presented for the impeachment of Richard B. Cheney. The vote results are unavalible. Summary of H.R. 333 is as follows: Impeaches Richard B. Cheney, Vice President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Sets forth articles of impeachment stating that Vice President Cheney: (1) has purposely manipulated the intelligence process to deceive the citizens and Congress of the United States about a threat of Iraqi weapons of mass destruction, and about an alleged relationship between Iraq and al Qaeda, to justify the use of the U.S. Armed Forces against Iraq in a manner damaging to U.S. national security interests; and (2) has openly threatened aggression against Iran absent any real threat to the United States, and has done so with the U.S. proven capability to carry out such threats, thus undermining U.S. national security.
On 5.04.2007 H.R. 333 was referred to House Subcommittee and remains in Status: Referred to the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties.
On 11.06.2007 introduction of H.R. 799 came before the House by U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich D-Ohio with 3 Articles presented (once again) for the impeachment of Richard B. Cheney. The vote results where 218-194 (roll call 1039) and proceeding of discussion are here known as H12787.

I must come clean. Out of 790 storys with the word, "impeachement" contained in the article there were only 4 articles that were against impreachment. So I was unfair by saying that Everchanging missed articles. With this ratio, it would be painstaking to find an article in support of not impeaching Bush on NowPublic. I also want to clarify that one does NOT have to add articles from both sides. It is the writers choice. In my comment I opened with something like, "You did miss stories associated with the other side". I think my statement may have been inappropriate and I offer my appology to the Writer.

Agreed, a fair and balanced approach is best. Lay he cards on the table, make an argument and let the audience judge for themselves, having read all opinions for all sides. May the best / mot valid argument win.
Liberty of free debate is one of the greatest virtues this country has to offer. We can come together, speak our minds and resolve our issues as best we can. Everyone should be allowed a seat at the table and a voice in the conversation, if they wish it and have something worthwhile to contribute.

You did miss stories associated with the other side. That is fine as I have done that as well.
Let me share my view on the matter. There are no grounds for impeachment. I wonder why Scott McClellan's book has come out at the same time Kucinich is going forth with Impeachment and his first round of interviews was in left leaning forums? The whole impeachment process could not be completed by the presidents end of term. They are also trying to Impeach Cheney as well. Who would become President? The Speaker of the House Peloisi. We call that a Coup in other countries.
Here is Something else to consider, While the Congress, controlled by the Democratic Party, has held endless hearings on things like Baseball steroids, the most ethical congress in history, will not hold a hearing on Congressman who had oversight over the mortgage industry, who got Sweet Heart deals with Countrywide Mortgage, These are the same senators who are working on Bailouts for these companies that have cost many folks their homes. Now lets be fair. Bush and Cheney went on Poor Intelligents as did every congressman including Clinton, Kerry, Kennedy who voted to go to war. If and only if Bush and Cheney lied, It was congress who was responsible for oversight and funding. The war could not happen without congressional funding. The bottom line is they will be impeaching Bush and Cheney for their some of their own crimes.
I disagree with you, but at the same time I appreciate your work. Both sides should be examined and I am glad you provided your view on the subject.

Thanks for reminding me, I will add the stories from the other side.
I doubt this would be considered a coup, from the "Declaration of Independence" - "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
As far as the length of time for the proceeding of Impeachment and the length of time remaining in office - you may or may not have a point. The process or proceedings can and should be expedited to allow for the seriousness of their action regarding the War in Iraq.
Regarding Mr. Cheney - I have placed this information in the article and seeing that he was placed for Impeachment before the President. He should go forward 1st.
Regarding Congresses voting for the funding the war. There was a push and demand by the Whitehouse with the documentation at the time that only served for the process of war, while known documents at the time where not allowed to properly be presented to be precedent (non-disclosure). While you have every right to disagree, I also appreciate your thoughts and insights on this.

And I respect Congressman Kucinich for doing such a great job of documenting and presenting the impeachment articles vs both Bush and Cheney.
The USA needs more citizens like him, to stand up for our Constitution, and defend it at all costs.
*All* elected officials should take notes -- the job is about defending the Constitution and representing your constituents, not your special interests and personal agendas.

Maybe, others still have not given up and for the record as long as they're in office - they still can be impeached and need to be.
No CEO of any company would survive the board or a proxy vote for acts like these against any company while continually losing funds and threading these individuals current and future livelihood.
